BESSEMER CITY, N.C. - Agnes Mabel Mosteller Rudisill, age 100, of the Dallas-Cherryville Highway in Bessemer City, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, March 13, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Curtis Bauske and Loren Spellman officiating. Burial will follow in the Rudisill Family Cemetery in Lincolnton. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Rudisill was born October 25, 1922, in Lincoln County, to the late James Pressley Mosteller and Willie Rhyne Mosteller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Miller “Truck” Rudisill.
She is survived by a daughter, Janice R. Anderson (Dean); four sons, Jim Rudisill (Mary Anne), Ray Von Rudisill (Shawna), Pressley Rudisill (Laura Walton) and John Rudisill (Angela); 12 grandchildren, Melissa Pasour, Deanna Anderson, Jimmy Rudisill, Tracy Mason, Will Gompers, John Gompers, Roxanne Rudisill, Dustin Rudisill, Heather Rudisill, Emily Rudisill, Allison Gibson, and Sarah Rudisill; and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, down to the fifth generation.
Memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, 258 E. Garrison Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
