When she was little there was no thought...
Thought of knees...
Knees were just things that worked...
Worked wonderful...
She used them 24 – 7...

Climbing trees...
Skating...
Riding her bike...
Playing ball...
Playing cowboys...
Just no thought of knees...

Teen years...
Dancing...
Working...
Waring heels...
Mowing grass at Grandparents...
Yard work...
Just no thought of knees...

Adult years chasing little boys...
House work...
More grass and yard work...
Just no thought of knees...

Working in a hospital...
Long halls...
Hurry, hurry...
Bank teller...
Standing all day...
Just no thought of knees...

Retirement years...
Flower beds...
Yard work...
Mowing grass...
Volunteering...
Just no thought of knees...

Age 76...
What is that feeling on her knees...
Every now and then...
Maybe it will go away...

Age 79...
The is pain on her knees...
It is more often...
It is not going away...
Age 80...
Pain now around both knees...
Just lots a thought of knees...

Age 81...
Deal with it...
This is a serious problem...
This stupid pain is interfering...
Interfering with her life...
She is even walking funny...
She is not laughing...
Just lots a thought of knees...

Doctor's appointment...
X-Rays...
Arthritis in her knees...
Fluids in the knees is gone...
Inside knees causes pain on the outside...
Just lots a thought of knees...

Shots worked for 6 weeks...
Pain is back...
But she cannot complain...
She has put many miles on her knees...
They have served her well...
God gave her good ones...
Hope her doctor give her good ones...
Knees are very important...

I guess if you live long enough...
Long enough to ware out...
