LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Nancy Aliene Malone Emerson, age 80, of Rhyneland Road in Lincolnton, died on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Martinez officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sunrise Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Nancy was born December 21, 1942, in Greenwood County, S.C. to the late Garl C. Malone and Mackie Blackwell Malone.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Emerson; and siblings, Edna, James, Bobbie Jo, Hack, Ditz, Robert, and Billie Sue.  She worked in retail.

She is survived by a son, Eric Emerson (fiancé, Kimberly Ingle) of the home; two grandchildren, Haley Faith Emerson and Alex Emerson; brother, Jack Malone of Spartanburg, S.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
