Ann Singletary Mulkey

Ann Singletary Mulkey, 80, of Hickory, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born October 4, 1944, Ann was a beloved local Minister and a devoted member of Greater Shekinah Glory Church, where she served faithfully. A woman of unwavering faith and prayer, Ann led the church’s Prayer Ministry as coordinator, demonstrating her deep commitment to serving God and her community. Her love for the Lord and her church was evident in all she did. Her pastor and church family meant everything to her and were her remaining family. She leaves behind a lasting impression on those whose lives she touched through her dedication and devotion to Jesus. In her earthly life, Ann embodied the spirit of Anna in the Bible. She will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd Mulkey.
A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 pm at Greater Shekinah Glory in Hickory with Pastor Kathy Johnson as head officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm Wednesday, March 26th, 2025 at Greater Shekinah Glory Church.
