Obituary
LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Anne Warner Phelps, age 81, of Brunswick Health and Rehab, and formerly of Lincolnton, died on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Mrs. Phelps was born April 23, 1943, in Onondaga County, New York, to the late Raymond A. Warner and Mable McKinley Warner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Phelps Jr.; sisters, Evelyn Turner and Betty Llamson; and brothers, Sonny Warner, Floyd Warner, and Bobby Warner.
She is survived by a son, Frank E. Phelps III; and daughter, Brenda D. Phelps.
Mrs. Phelps loved animals, doing crafts at home, and the outdoors- especially waterfalls.
No services are planned at this time.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Phelps family.
