Randall “Randy” Hubert Sipe
October 4, 1953 – November 14, 2024
MAIDEN, N.C. - Randall “Randy” Hubert Sipe, age 71, of Maiden, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.
Born October 4, 1953 in Catawba County, he was a son of the late Clarence Hubert Sipe and Gladys Marie Drum Sipe. Randy worked for General Electric for over 30 years, and retired from CommScope in Claremont after 20 years.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 14 years Susie Yelton Sipe of the home; son Anthony Sipe of Newton; daughter Brittany Rainey and husband Jason of Newton; brother Joey Sipe and wife Tina of Maiden; two sisters Jan Montgomery and husband Brad of Iron Station, Tina Coulter of Conover; grandchildren Caden Rainey, Mason Rainey, Hadley Rainey, Hudson Rainey, Jenica Kerns, and Andalyn Kerns; nephews Lucas Sipe and wife Savanna, Logan Sipe and wife Emily; nieces Myranda Johnson and husband Jamie, Emily Smith and husband Rob, Carrie Montgomery, Maribeth Brown, and husband Zach; stepchildren Candace Lail, Johnny Lail and wife Sarah.
The funeral service will be held Monday, November 18, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Living Word Church in Maiden with Pastors Dr. Brad Davis and Brent Travis officiating.
Burial will follow in Maiden City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, from 2-2:45 p.m., at the church, prior to the service.
