VALE, N.C.—Christopher James White, age 56, of Cat Square Road in Vale, died on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, in the Big Oak Family Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Jonathan LeMaster-Smith officiating. The family received friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Christopher was born November 30, 1969, in Grundy, Virginia, to Barbara Cheryl Viers Mann and the late William Arthur White. Also, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney White, and niece Haley White. He worked in construction.
He is survived by his wife, April Renae Parker of the home; son, Christopher Jeffrey White of Vale; daughter, Allison Renae White of Vale; parents, Steve and Barbara Mann; brother, Michael White (Melanie) of Vale; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to his heart donor, Julia Saunders, that gave her heart to give him 18 years more with his family.
