Cynthia Viola Dellinger, age 74, of Lincolnton, passed away March 21, 2025, at Atrium Health Lincoln, after a courageous battle with cancer. Cynthia was born October 5, 1950, in Florida, to the late Paul and Frances Lail Dellinger.
Cynthia was a server in the restaurant industry for many years. She enjoyed gardening, especially planting flowers. She loved her animals and even named all her chickens. Cynthia also liked doing crafts with her grandkids and drinking coffee.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by a son, Scotty Bryant; and sisters, Carolyn Dellinger, and Julie Dellinger.
Survivors include her sons, Ronnie Bryant (Lisa), and Vincent Allegar; brothers, Jacob Dellinger, and P.J. Dellinger; grandchildren, Scotty Bryant (Carolyn), Joshua Bryant, Daniel Black, Charity Bryant, and Zoey Allegar (Hunter Nalley); and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Coral Park Baptist Church, with Rev. Jeff Rhodes officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM, prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
