Eddie "Jane" Propst Bumgardner
April 29, 1942 - August 29, 2024
LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Eddie “Jane” Propst Bumgardner, age 82, of the Heath House in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
Her funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shaun Hurrie officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:45 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Jane was born April 29, 1942, in Cleveland County, to the late Carrell and Eddidale Sailors Propst. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Wayne Bumgardner; brother, Charles Propst; and sisters, Maxine Keever and Nell McCombs. Jane worked in textiles.
She is survived by a brother, Ted Propst (Pat) of Lincolnton; sisters, Mary Cornette of Lincolnton and Margaret Martin (Wayne) of Georgia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Bumgardner family.
