Helen Carpenter Sain
November 9, 1929 - September 29, 2024
LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Helen Carpenter Sain, age 94, of Bishop Drive in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Chris Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sain was born November 9, 1929, in Lincoln County, to the late Kelly Victor Carpenter and Odessa Gantt Carpenter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Donnie Carpenter, Hugh Carpenter, and Forrest Carpenter. She worked as a realtor.
She is survived by her husband, Paul S. Sain of the home; daughter, Rita S. Bauknight of the home; son, Tim Sain of Lincolnton; brother, Frankie Carpenter (Doris) of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Trey, Brian, Jake, and Amy; and five great-grandchildren.
