SHERRILLS FORD, N.C. - Jay Charles “Chuck” Alexander Jr., age 76, of Hopewell Church Road in Sherrills Ford, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024.
Chuck was born April 30, 1948, in Lincoln County, to the late Jay Charles Alexander Sr. and Sybil Abernathy Alexander. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Alexander. Chuck retired after working as a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Cline Alexander of the home; son, Shane Alexander (Sherry) of Denver; and two granddaughters, Avery Alexander and Storey Alexander, both of Denver.
There are no services planned at this time.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Alexander family.
