Johnny Gilbert Sain
July 2, 1951 - August 25, 2024
LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Johnny Gilbert Sain, 73, of Lincolnton passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Atrium Health-Lincoln.
Born, July 2, 1951 he was the son of the late Coye Everette Sain and Nannie Ruth Gilbert Sain.
In addition to his parents, Coye Everette Sain, and Nannie Ruth Sain, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Janice Sain Smith, and Everette Dean Sain.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Myra Staley Sain; his daughter, Angela Sain Stroud, her husband Darrin and their children: Staley Stroud Self (Josh) and their child, Thea; Sylvester Stroud (Ashley); Simon Stroud (Meg) and their children; and Beau Stroud and Emma Stroud; his siblings, Keith Sain and his wife Linda, Farrel Sain, Betty Houser and her husband Jim, and Gail Leonhardt and her husband Gary; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
