LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Kenneth Cecil Goins, age 58, of Broome Street in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Devine officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family received friends from 3 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Kenneth was born June 29, 1966, in Lincoln County, to Hazelene Jenkins Goins and the late Johnny Cecil Goins.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant grandson.  He worked for McCreary Modern as a CNC router operator. 

He is survived by two sons, Wesley Goins (Chelsea) and Christopher Goins (Jessica Atkinson), all of Lincolnton; daughter, Kendra Goins (Brandon Allen); mother, Hazelene J. Goins of Lincolnton; brother, Johnny Lee Goins of Lincolnton; three sisters, Diane Webb, Vickie Reynolds, and Debra Chapman, all of Lincolnton; and four grandchildren, Chase Goins, Lilly Goins, Kiera Goins, and Evelyn Goins.
