NEWTON, N.C. - Louis Lee Mandakunnis, 79, of Newton died Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
Born September 6, 1944 he was the son of the late Louis Lee Mandakunnis Sr. and Pauline Snead.
His wife of 50 years, Gearldine Mandakunnis; one sister, Chris Mandakunnis; his brother, Steve Mandakunnis; and his son, Tony Parrott survive him.
In addition to his parents, his brothers, Vancosta "Coe" Mandakunnis and Billy Mandakunnis; and his sister, Patricia Bailey; and his golf buddies preceded him in death.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Jenkins Funeral Home, 4081 Startown Road, Newton, NC 28658.
