Myra Lineberger Shronce
Denver - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Myra Lineberger Shronce, 69, of Denver, NC on January 23, 2025. She was born on May 4, 1955, to the late Nolan and Sue Lineberger. She was preceded in death by her brother Donnie Lineberger. Myra was a woman of faith, whose love for the Lord was evident in every aspect of her life. Her unwavering devotion to her family, church and her passion for serving others were truly inspiring. Myra lived her life as a giver.
Jesus teaches us on multiple occasions the power of food and how it brings us together. She believed the way to people’s hearts was through food, and she shared her love generously. Whether it was a simple gathering of friends and family, a church potluck, or a community event Myra's delicious dishes were always the highlight. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, laughter, and love, where everyone felt welcome. Her legacy of faith, service, and hospitality will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Myra is survived by her husband John, daughter Mandy Wingo-Bailey (Mike), son Daniel (Robin), and four grandchildren Sarah, Colton, Reid and Davis, two brothers Joel Lineberger (Rowena) and Ronnie Lineberger (Pattie) and many other loving family members and friends who will continue to cherish her memory and the countless ways she touched their lives.
A celebration of Myra's life will be held at New Hope Baptist in Denver on Sunday, January 26 at 3pm where we will gather to praise the Lord Jesus, honor her memory and the incredible impact she had on her family, friends, and community.
In lieu of flowers, Myra and the family requests that donations be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 532 N. Little Egypt Road, Denver, NC 28037, in her name.
Warlick Funeral Home is serving the Shronce family.
