PUBLIC NOTICE: Public Hearing Regarding Speed Limits August 1
Council will consider a 22mph speed limit on East Water and East Sycamore Streets.

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider amending the City’s Code of Ordinances as follows:
Traffic Schedules – Schedule VII:
Change to - Water Street from South Grove St. to west side of Court Square - 25 mph
Add - Water Street from east side of Court Square to North Flint - 22 mph
Change to - Sycamore Street from North Grove St. to west side of Court Square - 25mph
Add - Sycamore Street from east side of Court Square to North Flint St. - 22 mph
Parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard at the August 1, 2024, City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street.
