LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton, NC concerning the following:

ZTA-5-2024 - Zoning Text Amendments to Chapter 153.121 WSW Water Supply Watershed Overlay District of the Unified Development Ordinance

CZ-4-2022A – Application from Piedmont Companies requesting to amend the sit plan for CZ-4-2022, originally approved on June 2, 2022.  Subject properties are located on the west side of North Generals Blvd. directly across from the intersection of Timken Drive and North Generals Blvd.  This change will cause a reduction in the number of units and from setbacks. (Parcel ID 52992, 80962, 21104 and 21105).

CZ-3-2024A – Application from Olga R. Epple requesting to amend the site plan for CZ-3-2024, Lincoln Meadows Phase II, originally approved on March 7, 2024. The subject property is located along Wilma Sigmon Rd, Mull Rd, U.S. Highway 321, and the end of Mallory Tai Drive (adjacent to Lincoln Meadows Subdivision). The amendment is to allow an adjustment of the proposed boundary line along the portion of the parcel that is zoned Neighborhood Business (Parcel ID 01047, 17645, and a portion of 01049).

Parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard and may obtain further information on the scheduled public hearing from the Planning Department on the second floor of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton 28092.
