Sherri Michelle Killian Rhoney
March 10, 1964 - August 3, 2024
VALE, N.C. - Sherri Michelle Killian Rhoney, 60 of Old Shelby Road, Vale, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at her residence.
Born in Catawba County on March 10, 1964 she was the daughter of Janice Davis Keever and the late David Michael Killian.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Shayne Killian.
In addition to her mother, Sherri is survived by her husband of 28 years, Danny Lee Rhoney; three sons, Michael Payne of Catawba County, Matthew Payne and wife Jennifer of Angier and Daniel Rhoney of Catawba County; sister, Christie Dawn Wright of Hickory; and five grandchildren, Alex, Isabelle, Olivia, Lucas and Lillian.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Mr. Mark Lowman officiating.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
