Billie Ann Neal
December 13, 1954— July 12, 2026
CROUSE, N.C.— Billie Ann Neal, 71, of Crouse, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
Born on December 13, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Joe Billy Neal and Peggy Jean Heafner Neal.
Billie was a loving mother with a generous heart. She never met a stranger, always kept an open door, and would give the shirt off her back to help anyone in need. Above all, she dearly loved her children and family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Michael Shane Hardin and his fiancé Stella Olivia Reel; three aunts, Judy Heafner, Linda Gilmore, and Carolyn Canipe; one uncle, Bobby Dean Neal and his wife, Diane; numerous cousins; and a two very special little girls, Aaisley Harkey and Charlie Kate Heafner.
In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her son, Jonathan David Neal.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Crouse, North Carolina, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Crouse.
