LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Jennie Lynn Chapman, age 55, of Lincolnton, died on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
Her funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daniel Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Jennie was born December 26, 1968, in Lincoln County, to Doyle Lane Rhyne and the late Annie Inez Burnett Rhyne. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, William Doyle Rhyne; brother-in-law, Rodney Chapman; and sister-in-law, Sherry McMurry. She worked for Lincoln County Schools.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Todd Chapman of the home; daughters, Brittaney Huffman (Justin) of Vale, Halea Searcy (Matthew) of Maiden, and Lindsey Chapman of Lincolnton; sister, Glenna Strange (Joey) of Lincolnton; brothers, Dean Rhyne (Tamara) of Crouse, and Jamie Rhyne of Lincolnton; three grandchildren, Zaden Huffman, Henzley Huffman, Isla Searcy, and a soon-expecting granddaughter, Ava Searcy; sisters-in-law, Jesse Carpenter and Tracy Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Chapman family.
