Melinda Alley Williams

LINCOLNTON, N.C.—Melinda Alley Williams, age 74, of Lincolnton, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Melinda was born March 3, 1952, in Brownwood, Texas, to the late David M. Alley and Willa Joyce Thompson Alley. She served in the United States Army, and later worked as a pet sitter.
She is survived by a brother, David M. Alley, Jr.; sister-in-law, Linda K. Alley; nieces, Michelle Henze (Nils), Jennifer Sisson, and Sherri Frost; nephew, Rick Ballard; great-niece, Alycia Kay Alley; and great-great-nephew, Leland Wilder Alley.
Interment will take place in Eastlawn Cemetery in Early, Texas.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Williams family.
