Mrs. Linda Wright Bailey,
Mrs. Linda Wright Bailey, 82, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at her residence.
Linda was born on August 30, 1942 in Cleveland County, NC a daughter of the late Flavius W. Wright and Bertie Lee Bess Wright. She was retired from LA-Z-BOY of Lincolnton. Linda was a member of Bess Chapel Methodist Church in Cherryville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Bailey.
Survivors include her brother, Hal Wright and wife Ruth of Cherryville and aunt Nell Wright of Lincolnton. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Bess Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Stan Nantz officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
