CHERRYVILLE, N.C. - Mr. Terry Lee Wall, 63, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Atrium Health - Lincoln.

Terry was born on April 26, 1961 in Wilson County, a son of the late James Edward Wall and Lina Mae Pilkington Wall. He was an electrician and last worked for Mark Wolfe Electric in Lincolnton.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Wall; and two sisters, Judy Hester and husband Gary, and Ann Burchfield.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Leslie Hester Wall; two sons, Ricky Hester and wife Carissa of Shirley, N.Y., Steven Wall of Gastonia; a daughter, Jennifer Adams and husband Chris of Lenoir; four grandchildren, Shawn Hester, Daniel Hester, Kayla Hester and Adam Wall; three brothers, Joey Wall of Lincolnton, Randy Wall and Bill Wall both of Cherryville; a special niece and nephews, Debbie Jones and husband Todd, Scott Hester, Mark Hester and Landon Gray. Also surviving are numerous other nieces and nephews.

The family received friends from 1:45 - 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Holtsclaw officiating.

Burial followed the service in City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville.
