LINCOLNTON, N.C. - The Lincoln County Grand Jury handed down indictments on eleven people on drug charges in their August 2023 session.

The dates the offenses occurred were in 2022 and 2023 and involved the distribution of methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl and other illegal drugs.

The following individuals have been arrested on the Grand Jury indictments:

• Daniel Dale Seagle, 23, of Lincolnton, NC is charged with sell and delivery of a controlled substance Schedule II (meth), possession of methamphetamine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance Schedule IV, carrying a concealed weapon, and possess of drug paraphernalia.
• Lisa Kay Seagle, 44, of Lincolnton, NC is charged with sell and deliver Schedule II (meth), possession with the intent to sell and deliver Schedule II (meth), maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, sell and deliver Schedule I (heroin), possession with the intent to sell and deliver heroin.
• Justin Ray Rojo, 26, of Crouse, NC is charged with 4 counts each of sell and deliver Schedule II (fentanyl), one count of sell and deliver methamphetamine, and four counts of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance
• Keith Douglas Mullins, 42, of Cherryville, NC is charged with felony trafficking by possession, transport, sell and delivery of Schedule III and three counts of sell and delivery of a controlled substance Schedule III.
• Michael John Harmon, 51, of Vale, NC is charged with three counts each of sell and deliver Schedule III and possession with the intent to sell and deliver Schedule III.
• Curtis Talent Cauthen, 51, of Maiden, NC is charged with three counts each of sell and deliver a controlled substance Schedule II (fentanyl) and possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II (fentanyl).
• Russell Jerald Poole, 35, of Catawba, NC is charged with two counts of sell and deliver Schedule II (fentanyl) and two count of possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II.

Warrants remain outstanding on four other individuals charged in indictments handed down by the Grand Jury.
