Crouse Rallies To Help Murphy Clark

Thirteen-year-old Murphy Clark has a serious congenital heart defect. Murphy was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. He is currently at the Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte on IV’s to get his body ready for a new heart.

Emily Stroupe Among North Lincoln’s Best

Come August, Stroupe will be off to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she plans to major in business administration. She’ll also be a member of the university’s Gold-Dusters Dance Team.

Cambrie Lloyd, Others To Exhibit May 16

Called “A Walk in the Woods,” the exhibition will run May 16-June 8. The place to be is in the Carolina Mills Gallery of the Lincoln Cultural Center. The exhibition’s opening reception will be held on Saturday, May 18, 4-7 p.m.

Cline Reunion June 28-30, Registration Open

The Cline Reunion will be held June 28-30 at the Old St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Newton, the ancestral church of the local Cline/Klein family. Registration is required for Friday and Saturday attendance.
