Craguns To Perform April 13
LOWESVILLE––The Cincinnati-based Craguns will perform a free concert on April 13 at 5 p.m.
The Vineyard Church of Lowesville is the place to be that Saturday evening, according to noted gospel singer and concert co-ordinator Carroll Cooke. And although the concert is free, as Cooke recently noted, a free-will offering will be taken up.
The Craguns are a dynamic family vocal group, comprised of husband and wife Jordan and Elena Cragun, Ray Cragun (Jordan’s father) and Savannah Cragun (Jordan’s sister).
Married 40 years ago, Ray and Victoria Cragun soon entered into a full-time ministry together. They served in this capacity for 25 years.
During that time, they raised six ministry-minded children. Music was always a huge part of ministry for them, as they would sing together during church services, revivals and camp meetings. As the kids grew older and slowly started leaving home, they would almost all take ministry positions around the country, following in their parents’ footsteps of loving Jesus and serving Him with their lives and careers.
The Vineyard Church is located at 1062 NC-16 South in Lowesville, just down the road from Hill’s Chapel United Methodist Church. The church features Southern, bluegrass and/or acoustic gospel concerts every Saturday evening.
