Gaston County Police have confirmed the identity of a man whose body was found near the northbound lanes of US 321 north of Dallas near Ratchford Road Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 6th) shortly after 4 PM.  He was identified as Glen A. Miller, (DOB 02/27/1967), originally from Ohio. Given the circumstances, authorities are treating this incident as a homicide and are actively investigating.  Police say that Miller appears to have had a pre-existing injury to his lower left leg.  Detectives are still working to determine the cause of his death
